Have you routinely been told there is no money in working to change the world?
Have you been shamed for wanting to make more money because "that's not why you are doing this work"?
Are you burnt-out and tired of financially struggling, working multiple jobs just to make ends meet?
After more than 10 years working full-time in the non-profit world, I was tired of being restricted on when, how, and where I had to work. I knew there was more to life than working multiple jobs and financially struggling, which took a toll on my health. Being chronically ill, I also craved flexibility in where and when I worked in order to heal; so, I ventured out on my own as an international human rights consultant.
When I first made this decision, I knew I needed a coach. I struggled finding direction, as I didn't know how to bridge the gap into the entrepreneurial space.
After a lot of trial and error, I now specialize in coaching those within the non-profit space to leverage their passions into working for themselves and escaping the 9-5.
I created a coaching program, designed specifically for humanitarian and nonprofit workers who don't know how to leverage their passion for activism and changing the world into the entrepreneurial space.
The Humanitarian Approach targets 4 main areas for your success:
1. Your Passion
What lights you up? How do you envision making the world a little better?
2. Success Plan
Thinking creatively and outside-the-box, drafting a specific business plan for your success.
3. Your Uniqueness
In order to be successful, you need to be able to take a look at who you are and address any limiting beliefs that arise to eliminate self-sabotage.
The nonprofit mentality can deeply permeate your way of thinking with guilt and shame inevitably floating to the surface. It is imperative you are able to work through this and not have this hold you back.
1. What is and what is not a coach?
A coach is - as someone who has been through this journey before. A coach is someone who helps guide you through the process to provide insight, clarity, and accountability.
A coach is NOT - someone who will do all the work for you.
2. What should I expect from you as my coach?
We will have weekly meetings to assess your progress in the Humanitarian Method and provide insight when you have hit a stumbling block along the path.
3. How long will we be working together?
My coaching packages are in 3 or 6 month increments. In our discovery call, we will assess what level is best for you.
4. How much are your packages?
Three Month Package - $1,800*
Six Month Package - $3,600*
* One Time Payment
5. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can arrange a payment plan for $650/month.
6. What type of clients do you work with and how do I know if this will be a good fit?
I DO NOT work with clients who:
Are not willing to take direct action;
Make excuses for why they cannot live the life of their dreams.
I work with clients who are:
Ready to take direct action towards breaking free from the 9-5;
Willing to put in the work to go after the life you dream of, but need a little support and guidance;
Believe there is more than one way to change the world;
